Four men, who were arrested and charged by officers of the Central Division, 30 minutes after allegedly committing a robbery at Couva pharmacy, are scheduled to appear before the Couva Magistrates’ Court today.
Kurvin Gellineau, 30, of Isaac Street, Couva; Richard Adams, 21, of McBean Couva; Joel Charles, 18, of Southern Main Road, Chase Village; and Aaron Smith, 18, of Orange Field Road, Carapichaima, were arrested by officers attached to the Central Division Task Force and Couva Criminal Investigations Department (CID), 30 minutes after allegedly committing the robbery.
Five men, jointly charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition, are expected to appear before a Siparia Magistrate today, to answer to the charges.
