Six persons, including a family of four, are expected to appear before a Sangre Grande Magistrate tomorrow, charged with two counts of possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Michelle Campo, 46; Kendell Campo, 22; Nakilia Campo, 18; Aisha Phill, 20; Jason Richards, 30; along with a 17-year-old minor, all of Valencia, were arrested after officers of the Valencia Criminal Investigations Department (CID), executed a search warrant at their home on Wednesday 23rd May, 2018, during an anti-crime exercise.
One shotgun and a quantity of ammunition were discovered by officers of the Central Division Task Force (CDTF), during an anti-crime exercise in the Chaguanas district.

The 23-year-old, of Wall Street, Peytonville, was arrested around 5:32 pm, on Thursday 17th May, 2018, by officers of the La Horquetta Crime Patrol Unit, after a search warrant was executed at his home.

According to police reports, during an anti-crime exercise conducted by the Central Division Operations Unit in Enterprise on May, 8th, officers acting on information received proceeded to Isaiah Lane, Lamont Street Extension, Longdenville, where they observed three men behaving in a suspicious manner next to a building.

Rolan Ramjit Rooplal, 50, a farmer, of La Fortune Trace, Moruga, was arrested during a joint exercise between the Moruga Police Station and the Trinidad and Tobago Regiment, on Monday 30th April, 2018.
The exercise, which was coordinated by Sgt. Deodath Seepersad and led by Cpl. (Ag.) Kishore Ramsingh, took place between 9:45 pm and 12:30 am, in the Moruga district.
Victor Cameron, 40, a mechanic was arrested by officers of the Gaparilllo Police station during an anti-crime exercise in the district.
According to a release from the TTPS, on Friday 27th April, acting on information officers went to a house at Mayo road, where they discovered a box containing one Tangfolio pistol loaded with a magazine containing 15 rounds of .9mm ammunition and two grammes of marijuana.
