Soca Warriors boosted by Aubrey David's inclusion

T&T's Soca Warriors are boosted by the inclusion of defender Aubrey David in the starting line-up as they prepare to kick off their 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup campaign tonight at the Allianz Field in Minnesota, USA against Panama.

David only joined the squad on Sunday after visa issues were resolved and he replaces Tobagonian Leland Archer who will part ways with the squad tomorrow morning according to the TTFA's Media and Communications Manager,  Shaun Fuentes.

The defender who plays for Deportivo Saprissa in Costa Rica had to be initially left behind in Trinidad, as Dennis Lawrence and his team travelled to Japan last month before heading to the USA for their final phase of preparation.

David was one of several players who had been either late or unable to obtain the required travel documents including midfielder Ataullah Guerra, strikers Willis Plaza and Marcus Joseph as well as defender Ross Russell Jr.
